Your Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo has a built-in heart rate monitor that allows you to check your heart rate on the go. You do not need to set up a profile in the S Health app to use the heart rate monitor.
1. Touch Apps.
2. Touch S Health.
3. Agree to the terms and touch NEXT.
4. Add a Samsung account if desired, otherwise touch SKIP.
5. Scroll to Heart rate and touch MEASURE.
6. Place and hold a finger on the sensor on the back of your Galaxy S5 Neo.
7. Wait while your heart rate is measured.
8. Your heart rate will be displayed.
