You can limit the amount of data used on your Samsung Galaxy S8. The phone can also notify you when you're getting close to the monthly limit.
1. Swipe up to view Apps.
2. Touch Settings.
3. Touch Connections.
4. Touch Data usage.
5. Touch Billing cycle.
6. Touch the Data limit slider to turn it on.
7. Touch Start billing cycle on.
8. Scroll to and touch the date.
9. Touch SET.
10. Touch Data limit.
11. Enter the desired data usage limit.
12. Touch SET.
13. Touch Data warning.
14. Enter the desired data usage warning.
15. Touch SET.
16. The changes have been saved.
