How to add a Microsoft Exchange email account on my Samsung Galaxy S9

- If your workplace allows it, you can sync your Samsung Galaxy S9 with your work contacts, calendar and email.
- 1. Swipe up or down to view Apps.
- 2. Touch Settings.
- 3. Scroll to and touch Cloud and accounts.
- 4. Touch Accounts.
- 5. Touch Add account.
- 6. Touch Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync.
- 7. Touch Email address.
- 8. Enter your workplace email address.
- 9. Touch Password.
- 10. Enter your email account password.
- 11. Touch MANUAL SETUP.
For the following steps, you might need information from your corporate IT department. - 12. Wait while the phone retrieves the account information.
- 13. Touch Domain\user name.
- 14. Enter the domain name and user name.
- 15. Scroll to and touch Exchange server.
- 16. Enter the server address.
- 17. Touch SIGN IN.
- 18. Wait while the phone verifies the account information.
- 19. Touch OK.
- 20. Touch ACTIVATE.
- 21. The email account has been added. To view the email account, touch Home.
- 22. Swipe up or down to view Apps.
- 23. Touch Samsung.
- 24. Touch Email.
- 25. Your email will sync to your phone.
