If your workplace allows it, you can sync your Samsung Galaxy S9 with your work contacts, calendar and email.
1. Swipe up or down to view Apps.
2. Touch Settings.
3. Scroll to and touch Cloud and accounts.
4. Touch Accounts.
5. Touch Add account.
6. Touch Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync.
7. Touch Email address.
8. Enter your workplace email address.
9. Touch Password.
10. Enter your email account password.
11. Touch MANUAL SETUP.
For the following steps, you might need information from your corporate IT department.
12. Wait while the phone retrieves the account information.
13. Touch Domain\user name.
14. Enter the domain name and user name.
15. Scroll to and touch Exchange server.
16. Enter the server address.
17. Touch SIGN IN.
18. Wait while the phone verifies the account information.
19. Touch OK.
20. Touch ACTIVATE.
21. The email account has been added. To view the email account, touch Home.
22. Swipe up or down to view Apps.
23. Touch Samsung.
24. Touch Email.
25. Your email will sync to your phone.
