How to test for hardware problems on my Samsung Galaxy S9

The Samsung Members app also has a variety of information so that you can learn about your phone and get help from Samsung. - 1. Swipe up or down to view Apps.
- 2. Touch Samsung.
- 3. Touch Samsung Members.
- 4. If you see this screen, touch I have read and I agree to all of the above and then touch NEXT.
- 5. Scroll to and touch DIAGNOSTICS.
- 6. Touch Test hardware.
- 7. Touch the desired option, e.g., Vibration.
- 8. Touch VIBRATION.
- 9. Wait while the selected hardware is tested.
- 10. Touch the desired option, e.g., YES.
- 11. The test results will be displayed.
