You can use your Samsung Galaxy S Vibrant as a portable Wi-Fi hotspot. This lets you share your phone's Internet connection with other devices via Wi-Fi.
Please note that you'll be using data from your mobile network and charges may apply.
1. Touch Menu.
2. Touch Settings.
3. Touch Wireless & networks.
4. Touch Mobile AP settings.
5. Touch Menu.
6. Touch Settings.
7. Touch Name.
8. Delete the existing text and enter a name for your hotspot.
9. Touch OK.
10. Touch Password.
11. Delete the existing text and enter a password for your hotspot.
12. Touch OK.
13. Touch Mobile AP.
14. Touch OK.
15. The portable Wi-Fi hotspot is now active. Other devices can now connect with the phone.
