  • If your workplace allows it, you can sync your Sony Xperia J with your work contacts, calendar and email.
  • 1. Touch Applications.
  • 2. Touch Settings.
  • 3. Scroll to and touch Add account.
  • 4. Touch Corporate.
  • 5. Enter your workplace email address.
  • 6. Touch Password.
  • 7. Enter the password for the account.
  • 8. Touch Manual setup.
    For the following steps, you might need information from your corporate IT department.
  • 9. Enter the domain name.
  • 10. Touch Server.
  • 11. Edit the server name.
  • 12. Touch Done.
  • 13. Touch Next.
  • 14. Touch OK.
  • 15. Touch Next.
  • 16. Touch Activate.
  • 17. Edit the account name if required.
  • 18. Touch Next.
  • 19. The email account has been added.
    To view the email account, touch Home.
  • 20. Touch Applications.
  • 21. Touch Email.
  • 22. Your email will sync to your phone.
