Eco mode (extended standby mode) optimizes battery life on your Sony Xperia M. When the screen is off, your phone will save power by pausing Wi-Fi, data traffic and most apps. You will still receive calls, messages and notifications.
1. Touch Applications.
2. Scroll to and touch Settings.
3. Scroll to and touch Power management.
4. Touch Stamina mode.
5. Touch Activate.
6. Eco mode is now on.
Touch Stamina mode again to turn off eco mode.
