If your workplace allows it, you can sync your Sony Xperia XA with your work contacts, calendar and email.
1. Touch Apps.
2. Touch Settings.
3. Scroll to and touch Accounts & sync.
4. Touch Add account.
5. Touch Exchange ActiveSync.
6. Touch Email address.
7. Enter your workplace email address.
8. Touch NEXT.
9. Touch Password.
10. Enter your email account password.
11. Touch MANUAL SETUP.
For the following steps, you might need information from your corporate IT department.
12. Touch Server.
13. Enter the email server address.
14. Scroll to and touch Domain\Username.
15. Enter the domain and username.
16. Touch NEXT.
17. Wait while the phone verifies the account information.
18. Touch NEXT.
19. Touch NEXT.
20. Enter a name for the account.
21. Touch FINISH SETUP.
22. Touch ACTIVATE.
23. Your email will sync to your phone.
24. The email account has been added. To view your email, touch Home.
25. Touch Apps.
26. Touch Email.
27. Your new account will be displayed.
